It appears that Francis Farrell and Hazel Pendleton were married (possibly around 1922), divorced, and married again on 7 Jan 1929 in Springfield, Clark County, Ohio (see 1929 marriage record at https://www.ancestry.com/search/collections/61378/records/904304493). The 1929 record says it is Francis' second marriage and he is divorced; it says that it is Hazel's third and she is divorced; and that Hazel's married name (up to the 1929 marriage was "Farrell-Moody". They already had two children (Richard in 1923 and Francis in 1924) together. Presumably Hazel's second husband was named "Moody" and that it was a short marriage.
