Suthen or Sibylla who was married to Donnchad mac Crínán is often given the wrong parents, and we need to be very careful when merging, as well as correct the lines.

Suthen's parents are NN Suthen's father Beornsson and
Suthen's mother. Their names are not known, but her father was brother of Biórn Bearsson Beorn Biórnsson Bearsson and uncle of Siward, Earl of Northumbria Siward Biornsson, Earl of Northumbria.

There are several people called Bjørn, Beorn or Biórn - but they are not all the same. This son of Ulf and Estrid af Danmark should not be merged with Suthen's uncle: Bjørn Ulfssøn Estridsøn, Jarl af Danmark.

Hello Annhe Marit:
Sounds good to me, I don't like to merge anyway. Russ

"It should be noted that that the oft repeated tradition that Donnchad's wife was a cousin or sister of Earl Siward is a late, probably 13thC, addition to the legend, driven by the misinterpretation of the events of 1054."
