ATTENTION Curators, please assist

PLEASE HELP!!!

I've been struggling with this for over a year!! I don't know how, but somehow I have two profiles. This one Unknown Profile was the first I created and now I can't get into it. Now I have the other one Monika Kvietkė ... But because of the first one, now I have so many duplicates!!! And they can't be resolved because no one can get into my first profile... Please help.. Can you delete the first and it's tree? My cousins are driving me mad and I can't fix the mess I've done... Please help, I'm desperate...

You don't have the same last name...one has the pronounciation marks, the other doesn't...perhaps if both were the same the 'tree match' would show.

Wrong relation - please take away

In my tree I have a person Ingrid Olofsdotter that has been given the wrong parents Olof Jonsson and Carin Månsdotter.

As I am not presently using the PRO program it seems that I can not remove the parents and the people connected to them in earlier life!

Could you help me in removing them?

Hello, Sveneric Rosell -- that profile of Ingrid is a private profile; unless a Pro user is in your "Family Group", no one else can help you with changing the relationships until the profile is made public. You can change it back afterwards, if you desired, but Pro/Curators can only work with public profiles.

Sveneric Rosell, - I agree that the parent connection on Ingrid must be wrong since the mother was 56 years when Ingrid was born.
The About Me does however tell that if the detailed birth-date is correct got a daughter Ingrid when she was 56 and even a son when she was 61, so I suggest you start by checking for better sources on that profile.

To see if it is a result of a bad there that has to be fixed and/or to be able to help you disconnect it you have to make the profile of Ingrid Olofsdotter (Olsdotter) public or add a Pro user as a manager.

Curators, please help! This man's profile: Private needs to be updated, as he passed away AUGUST 26, 2012 of pancreatic cancer in Downers Grove, Illinois

You can help I think. Post back if this doesn't work for you. From the profile, Actions > Report > Reason: deceased.

I am (was) related somehow to Private. He entered his profile himself. And since according to Geni he is still alive, I could not find any way to edit or change the profile.

You cannot edit a claimed/user profile, and as far as I see someone have followed Erica's correct advice and reported him as deceased.

It is still in the middle of the night in LA so don't except a response yet. Since it is not an urgent issue it will probably take some days to solve it as well.
