According to Medlands Site http://fmg.ac/Projects/MedLands/ENGLAND,%20Kings%201066-1603.htm#_T... Although Henry II had a number of mistresses there is not one recorded with the name Margaret, let alone Queen Margaret.
If anyone can produce a reliable source for this profile I will happily accept it but I suspect it is an error.
