I just took a look at the Willard profile. The data is all good, it just needs a bit of pruning, formatting and reorganizing.

I finally saw this message oye -- you're added as a collaborator.
I think we add profiles that "needs to be cleaned up" (gently! go easy on curators!!!) and then remove from project when done.
