Which set of parents is correct for Henry Baker and his siblings

Major Henry Baker does not appear to be the son of Lawrence Baker who died in 1681.

Lawrence Baker's will [dated March 18 and proved September 6, 1681, Surry Co.] left his estate to his wife Elizabeth and his daughter Catherine, wife of Arthur Allen.

This implies that Lawrence Baker had no surviving sons.

We still need documentation of this Henry's parents.

His father may be the Henry Baker who left a will in Surry County, dated Feb. 24, 1697, proven July 1, 1700--mentions three sons Henry, Edward and William, daughters, and wife SARAH.
