I found this song this morning, and wondered if they lyrics could be used with the project in some way...or not. I don't want to detract from the seriousness of the business at hand!

I'm surprised I never heard this song before. I have to look for a version with music. Youtube?

I never heard it before, either. I just stumbled across it. If I find a version with music, I'll let you know.

Tammy - I used to have that link on my old website leesofvirginia.com - and on the E-Book ... very funny stuff!

Those lyrics are great! Did someone load it in as a document for the project? And definitely need any Youtubes!

I did not. Have to work and make matzoh ball soup today.

Looks like there are YouTube versions oh plenty...

I'm saving this fun until after I make my matzoh ball soup and do some more work work :) Thanks Ben.

Yum

I just added Private so we're slightly less curator heavy! James is new to projects but has been doing a good job on the Olmsteads and has helped with King Phillip's War.

Welcome James.

What time is dinner, Hatte? Haven't had good matzo ball soup since I left Milwaukee.

You guys will laugh. I didn't go shopping until 7:30 and then had to put away the groceries and put the soup on. So I'm having dinner slowly, a course at a time, and it's a mishmash of Passover foods. Chopped chicken liver on matzoh. Gefilte fish with horseradish. A cooked artichoke. Maybe I'll make a main course. Maybe not. It's getting late. Soup takes a long time and then you make the matzo balls, so soup is lunch tomorrow. Dessert is some disgusting Passover sweet but hey, it's only once a year! Tomorrow night I'm with friends and will eat all the traditional foods.

@Hatte - thanks for adding James, I was just going to ask :) - he has done a lot more good work on the line than some of the others out there and I think he will make a great addition! Welcome James!

I am glad I am not the only one who likes Gefilte fish! Happy Passover cousin!

You're welcome Jacqueli.

The question about matzoh balls is heavy or fluffy MEZ? My Afghani housekeeper made them heavy as rocks and so that's how my children like them! I like them light.

I say "in between" to be able to cut them with a spoon, not too soggy and they melt in your mouth!

Found errors from one manager on Laetitia Corbin - has parentage wrong and has been "stubborn" about merging

Maybe invite her to the project once it's more filled out and appealing? As Geni gets well source information and the trees and profiles are correct and bring value to the families, I think that's the best way to get them to collaborate. I know that it's frustrating to see messy trees and that is why people don't want to collaborate partly.
