Do your Stetsons have any connection to Albany, GA, in the early 1900s? I seem to remember that a great aunt of mine was married to one. The connection could be to Dallas-area TX and the marriage could even have been to a daughter of a great aunt there, with earlier connections to Albany.

Yes, I feel certain that there would have been an Albany connection, as that is where the family was from. All ten of the Neuman children of David and Hennie Neuman were born there. The Stetson marriage would have taken place there. I would like to know more about your connection. Who was your great aunt? Perhaps her Stetson was a sibling of my great aunt's sibling. Three of the Neuman daughters ended up in Dallas.
