Biography
Abigail was born to Joseph and Sarah Burt Hartshorn in Reading, Massachusetts Bay, on 28 Apr 1686.[1]
Abigail somehow traveled to southeastern Connecticut by early 1706.
Abigail Hartshorn married Nathaniel Rudd of Norwich West Farms, as his second wife, in Franklin, New London, Connecticut Colony, on 31 Jan 1706.[2]

Abigail and her husband Nathaniel both died in 1727, leaving several minor children. Their oldest son, Nathaniel Jr., was awarded guardianship of his minor siblings, Joseph, Sarah, Abigail and Lydia - source: probate record of Abigail Rudd.
