Agnes Creed, of Compton Greenfield within the parish of Henbury in Gloucester, widow, will dated 11 March 1633 (1633/4).

"To Edward Creede, my sonne, one shilling, to be paid to him by Joane Redman, my childchilde and his daughter. - Residue of estate to Joane Redman, wife of Peter Redman, of Compton, aforesaid." Raphell Creed will was dated 28 Oct 1630, codicil dated 18 Feb 1632 (1632/3), proved 18 Mar 1632 (1632/3) at Bristol. Bristol Probate District Registry ("Virginia Historical Magazine", Vol 56, pp73-76, 1948).

Will of [Agnes's husband] Raphell Creed says "... Agens, my wife, shall have the use thereof (except my bibell) during her life" ... "I do give and bequeath the same to my wife Agnes for the residue of fower score and nyneteen yeares which I have now graunted as the said Agnes shall happen to lyve" ... "I doe give and bequeath the said Tithes &c unto my said wife Agnes for the residue of the terme of 21 yeares which I have therein if she shall so long live" ... "Residue to wife Agnes Creed, and she named sole executrix".
