Andrew, Jr. served on jury duty in Rowan County (Salisbury District) in 1758 and 1759.
In 1776, Andrew Jr. bought land in Kershaw County, SC on the north side of the Wateree River. This was the first time the court records indicate the name as "Presley", not Presler. Within three years, Andrew Jr. moved back to Mecklenburg Co, NC. and he had sold his SC land.
Andrew Jr and Sr were blacksmiths.
