6 June 1612: Contract of marriage between Lady Anna Livingstoun, one of the ladies of the Queen's Bedchamber and Alexander, Earl of Eglinton.

Contract of marriage between Alexander, Earl of Linlithgow, Lord Livingston and Callander etc for himself and taking burden on him for Lady Anna Livingstoun, one of the ladies of the Queen's Bedchamber eldest lawful daughter of the said Earl and the said Lady Anna with the consent of her said father, on the one part and Alexander, Earl of Eglinton, Lord Montgomery and Kilwinning with the consent of George, Earl of Winton, Lord Leytoun, his brother germain, and Lady Margaret Montgomery, Countess of Wintoun, his mother, on the other part, whereby the said Earl of Eglinton, interalia, binds himsself to infeft the said Lady Anna Livingston, his future spouse in life rent for all the days of her lifetime, in the Baronies of Ardrossan, Giffen and Eastwood.
