- 13. Elizabeth Stratton, daughter and heiress, born about 1425. She married about 1439 John Andrew (or Andrews), Esq., of Baylham, Suffolk, laywer, Burgess for Ipswich and Bletchingley, Suffolk, son of James Andrews, of Ipswich, Suffolk, by Alice, daughter and heiress of John Weyland. He was born perhaps about 1415. They had two daughters, Elizabeth and 'Anne'. He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn in 1453, and was a lawyer. They had two daughters. John Andrews, Esq., died in 1473, and was buried at Stoke near Ipswich, Suffolk. His widow, Elizabeth, left a will dated 18 Oct. 1474, proved 11 Dec. 1474 (P.C.C. 11 Wattys). She was buried at St. Dionis Backchurch, London.

She married (1st) (as his 2nd wife) John Sulliard (or Sulyard), Knt., of Wetherden, Eye, and Welby, Suffolk, Weston, Norfolk, and of London, Tutor to the Prince of Wales, 1473-1478, Serjeant-at-law, 1478-1484, Justice of the King;s Bench, 1484-1488; Burgess for Dunwich and Hindon, son of John Sulliard, of Eye, Suffolk, by Alice (or Elizabeth), daughter of John Barrington, Knt. They had two sons, John, Esq., and Andrew, Gent., and three daughters, Elizabeth (wife of Edward Baynton, Knt.), Anne, and Alice (wife of William Rouse, Knt.). He married (1st) Agnes Hungate, daughter of John Hungate, Esq., of York, by whom he had two sons, Edward, Esq., and William, Gent., and on daughter, Elizabeth (wife of John Garneys). They had issue. He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn in 1451. He founded a chantry in Wetherden Church, Suffolk. Sir John Tulliard died testate (P.C.C. 21 Milles) 18 March 1487/8. His widow, Anne, married (2nd) (as his 2nd wife) Thomas Bourghchier, Knt. (died 1491), Constable of Leeds Castle, 5th son of Henry Bourghchier, Knt., K.G., Earl of Essex, Viscount Bourchier, Count of Eu, by Isabel, daughter of Richard of York, Knt., Earl of Cambridge [see YORK 9.i].
