About Anne Langlois
If one was to research the Dionne Quintuplets ancestors, that line would lead you directly to Anne Langlois who married Jean Pelletier on November 9 1649 in Québec.
Anne was engaged to Jean when she was only 10 years old. Due to French law however, they could not wed until she was 12 years old. Some records list Anne as "Metis/Metisse", or mixed Algonquin and French, while others list her as "Algonquin/Algonquinne" or "Sauvagesse".
