Nancy Anna Neville was born on December 17, 1735 in Moore Field, Hampshire, Virginia (now West Virginia). She was the daughter of Joseph Neville and Ann Bohannan or Buchanan.
Nancy Anna Neville married William O’Bannon in about 1752 in Fauquier County, Virginia.
On 12 December 1806 William O'Bannon made his will which was probated on 27 October 1807. He appointed sons Thomas and Joseph and Presley N. O'Bannon as executors with a special charge to Presley Neville O'Bannon to "Pay every possible attention to his mother and see her righted in every instance."
On 24 Oct. 1808, Presley N. O'Bannon came into Court and qualified as an executor. In 1813 543 and 1/2 acres of the estate was divided as follows: Lot No. 1 to John O'Bannon, 66 acres: No. 2 to Elizabeth Pepper, 68 acres; No. 3 to Joseph O'Bannon, 66 acres; No. 4 to Bryant O'Bannon, 62 acres; No. 5 to Mason Lawrence, 64 acres; No. 6 to children of Joyce Lawrence (dead by 1813) and had married John Lawrence on 13 March 1786, 62 and 1/2 acres; and No. 7 to George Jeffries, 60 acres. She died April 25, 1824 in Marshall, Fauquier County, Virginia.
