Barnaby Nixon

Biography

Barnaby Nixon was born on January 23, 1751, in Perquimans, North Carolina, United States. His parents were Dr. Phineas Nixon, I and Mary Nixon. He was a Friends Society Minister and a large Plantation Owner.

Barnaby married Sarah Hunnicut circa April 13, 1778, in Burley Friends Meeting, Prince George, Prince George County, VA, United States. Together they had the following children:

1. Rebeckah Nixon;
2. Samuel Nixon;
3. David Nixon.

He died on February 13, 1807, in Black, Surry, Virginia, United States.
