The Historia Comitum Ghisnensium names (in order) "Balduinum, Willelmum…et Manassem et Sigerum et Arnoldum" as the sons of "Willelmus Andomarensis castellanus" & his wife[660]. “Arnulfus…Gisnensium comes et Mathildis [%E2%80%A6de S. Audomaro] comitissa uxor mea et Balduinus filius meus” donated property to "Abbati Gunfrido de Claromaresch" by charter dated to [1145][661]. He succeeded his father in 1169 as Comte de Guines. “Balduinus comes Gisnensis” exchanged land with the monastery of Andres by charter dated to [1170], witnessed by "Willelmus frater meus, Ernulfus et Willelmus filii mei…"[662].
