Bridget JOHNSON (aka Ann) was born c1780

Bridget was convicted and sentenced to 7 years transportation. She arrived in Sydney Cove on 15/2/1806 on "Tellicherry".

Bridget married William CARROLL in 1806 at NSW and they had the following children

Bridget married Thomas TABER in 1833 at Sydney City

Bridget died in 17/2/1845 at Parramatta (heart attack) on the way to have her child christened.

SMH Sat 22.2.1845 Page 4. SUDDEN DEATH.-On Sunday last, the wife of a constable in the Liverpool Police, named Ann Tabor, left her home, taking with her an infant in arms for the purpose of getting it christened in Parramatta ; when on the road near Lansdowne Bridge, she stopped to refresh herself with a draught of water at an adjoining hut ; but no sooner had she drunk it, than with a faint groan she feel forward, and on the in-mates going to pick her up, she was found to be quite dead. An inquest was held on the body the next day, at the Queen Victoria Inn, when it was proved by medical testimony that death had ensued from disease of the heart. Verdict,died by the visitation of God.
