Unfortunately the paternity of Maria's three daughters during her marriage with Jan will never be known. For her four sons however, we can use the non-recombining part of the Ychromosome region to test if her sons descend from the same patriline [1,2]. Of course, this will only be true if adulterous relationships in later generations did not result in a mismatch of haplotypes. Fortunately, the Afrikaner population has an extremely low non-paternity rate of 0.8% [11] which means that direct male descendants will have a high probability of sharing the same Y-chromosome haplotype, even 10 generations later (92% chance = (1-0.008)10).

The null hypothesis that F Both was father of all her children has been nullified with DNA testing of Thuenis Botha. Maria Kickers statement legally has been proven invalid. She lied or did really not know.

Any valid original primary source or DNA tests prove she was the natural/biological daughter of F Both ?
NO !
She could have been the natural daughter any of the 3 partners of Maria Kickers -- impossible to prove who.

Baptism doc shows her father as Jan Cornelisz - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-89ML-49TG-2?i=23

However - her mother puts on legal record that none of her children were biologically fathered by Jan:
DNA proved some were not Botha's children as Maria claimed in court -- so obviously Maria did not know who were the natural fathers of her children.

Before the Council of Justice, in 1700, in the business of the divorce, she declared all her children from the existing marriage had been engendered not by her husband (due to his incapacity) but by Frederick Boot, and that her husband himself encouraged this ('en dat haren man haar daartoe selfs aanleijding soude hebben gegeeven').
The muster roll of 1701 (dated 31st January 1702) lists Frederik living in Stellenbosch with eight children, and Maria listed on her own but also in Stellenbosch , apparently living apart from them.https://www.ballfamilyrecords.co.uk/lombard/I411.html

Ménage à quatre : Between 11 June 1683 and 1700 Maria Kickers and Jan Cornelisz were legally married, but at the same time, from at least 1687 Frederich Both and Maria were lovers and Maria had sexual relations with Ferdinandus Appel as well , apparently with the agreement of Jan. During divorce proceedings in 1700 Maria conceded that eight of her children, that is Theunis Botha, Willem Bootha, Catrijna Both, Cornelia Botha, Anna Bota, Maria Botha and Johannes Botha were fathered by Frederich Both(a) with the apparent encouragement (aanleijding) of her spouse, Jan Cornelisz, at the time. All of these offspring subsequently used the surname Both(a).https://www.e-family.co.za/ffy/g5/p5169.htm#c5169.5

But we do know today that via DNA rests Maria lied or did not know who were the eral fathers of her 8 children. Theunis definitely not Botha 's child and how many others?
Who knows really whose children they were.
The Ydna can prove the fathers of the sons but unfortunately no tests to confirm the fathers of her daughters .

Marriage to Kloppers names her as Bota: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:VFTM-YVN
