Christopher Christoffel Davis, Sr., of New York

When Christopher Davis was born on 6 February 1582, in Shillington, Bedfordshire, England, his father, Sir Thomas Rhys Davis, was 32 and his mother, Lady Elizabeth Rachel Lawrence, was 30. He married Joan Crouch on 30 October 1617, in Shillington, Bedfordshire, England. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 2 daughters. He died on 10 November 1675, in New York Colony, British Colonial America, at the age of 93.
