Daniel and Sarah sold their 200 acres of land in St. George's Parish, Spotsylvania County, in 1752 and moved to Halifax County, Virginia. (Reference Spotsylvania Co., Va., Bk E, p 189) Daniel was granted 395 acres on Sandy River and Turkey Creek, Halifax County, Virginia, in Nov. 1752.
