Jack Rogers officiating. Burial was in Cox Cemetery. Mr. Chennault died December 24, 2007, in Dallas. He was born August 4, 1942, in Dallas to Herman and Bonnie Chennault. He graduated from Cedar Hill High School in 1960. In the late 1960s, he served in the Armed Forces during the Vietnam War. Upon being discharged from the Army, he began his career with Hydrotex Oil in 1970. Upon retiring in 1998 from U.S. Sprint, he moved from Dallas to Canton. He operated an antique dealership in East Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, Herman Chennault; and granddaughter, Noelle Chennault. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Rita Chennault, Tyler; mother, Bonnie Broughton, and stepfather, John Broughton, Mesquite; sister and brother-in-law, Susie and James Knox, Mesquite; brother, Gary Chennault, Arkansas; and grandchildren, Tony and Dillon Chennault.
