The christening of Dorethie, daughter of John Warren of Poynton (d. 1587) was recorded in the parish register of Prestbury, Cheshire, England, on 25 January, 1561,(which is now 1562 because until 1752 the new year started on 25 March in England). Dorothy was the eldest of the six daughter of John Warren by his wife Magaret Molimeux.

Dorothy Warren married William Davenport (1563- c 1644) on 16 October 1581 in Poynton, Cheshire, England. He was the son of William Davenport and Margaret Assheton.

"William the sonne of William Dauenport of Bramhall Esquier was baptised the 25th" March, 1584, at St Mary, Stockport, Cheshire.[1]

4. Humphrey, died in the Isle of Ree, under Sir John Ratcliffe.
