There is a theory that she was the widow of John or Abraham Harding, and the daughter of Henry Adams, son of Henry Adams and Edith Squire from Charlton Mackrell, England. I was not able to find any sources for this theory, but I found various versions of it widely mentioned.

Their daughter Elizabeth did marry Abraham Hardy. My Adams information has nothing on it. John married Hannah WOOD, daughter of Nicholas WOOD and Dorothy, on 26 Nov 1665. (Hannah WOOD was born in 1637 and died on 23 Feb 1677 in Medford, Middlesex Co, Massachusetts.) John next married Elizabeth ADAMS, daughter of Henry ADAMS Lt and Elizabeth PAINE, on 16 Dec 1668. (Elizabeth ADAMS was born on 11 Dec 1649 in Braintree, Middlesex, Mass. and died on 1 Aug 1727 in Medfield, Norfolk, Mass..)
