Elizabeth de Quincy was the daughter of Roger de Quency, 2nd Earl of Winchester and Helen de Galloway.

She married Alexander Comyn, 6th Earl of Buchan, son of William Comyn, Earl of Buchan and Margaret, Countess of Buchan.

She died after April 1282.
