Trying to lock down the parentage of Elizabeth. Below are notes until facts are found to prove. Date and place of birth are tentative until more facts are found.

This Elizabeth Bolling is NOT the daughter of John Bolling and Mary Kennon. That Elizabeth was born in 1709 and married William Gay.

This Elizabeth Bolling is NOT the daughter of Benjamin Bolling (b. 1734). That Eiizabeth is the wrong age and she married William Short.

Possibly daughter of William Bolling - no data on William except that he was from Stafford Co.

Married John Thornsbury (Thornberry) on December 14, 1749 in St. Paul's Parish, Stafford County Virginia.

Elizabeth is believed to be a twin of William Bolling. Parentage of these twins is still in question, however, some have said they are children of John and Elizabeth Blair Bolling. Proof of this has not definitely been established. If it could be, this line goes back to Pochantas.
