Display name should read: Lady Elizabeth (Wrottesley) Wadham of Shilston

Locking the name to the minimum of just two words means it is much harder to distinguish individuals and be certain as to who belongs to who. For example, if the maiden name (and married name) are both in the display field, researchers who might spend hundreds of hours adding lineages and history, can see and verify more readily, which generation leads to which maternal line. By limiting the name to merely the first and married name, it creates too much work!
