Humphrey de Bohun VI, died 27 Aug 1265, dvp. He predeceased his father and never held title;
married(1) Eleanor de Braoise, daughter of Eva Marshal. [Magna Charta Sureties]
Humphrey de Bohun remained loyal to the baronial side throughout the Barons' War, and was captured at Evesham on 4 August 1265. In October that year Humphrey died in captivity at Beeston Castle in Cheshire from injuries he had sustained in the battle.
Humphrey had been excluded form succession as a result of his rebellion. Since he died before his father or his son, his son Humphrey inherited the titles and honours from his grandfather.
The House of Bohun crest.

Parentage
Humphrey de Bohun was the oldest son of Humphrey de Bohun and his first wife, Maud of Eu,[1] also called Maud de Lusignan.[2]
Marriages and Children
Humphrey married twice:
After 30 Jan 1242 (grant of her marriage) and before 15 February 1247/8 (when he and Eleanor had restitution of lands in Wales[2]%29 he married Eleanor de Braose or de Brewes.[1]
They had four children:
Before 7 October 1264 he married Joan de Quincy, who was 19 in 1264. They had no children.[1]
Research Notes
Estimated birth year: His birth date is uncertain, but was likely before 1230, considering his heir was born in September 1248.[3] His mother died in 1241, having borne eight children, of whom he was the eldest son[7], so he had to have been born no later than about 1234.
Disputed daughter: Some trees on the internet also show Humphrey de Bohun and Eleanor de Brewes with a daughter Mary, who married Raoul (Ralph) de Toeni.[8] No documentation has been found for such a daughter.
