JOHN LE FOWLER or FOWLER, of Shryvenham, m. about 1315, Isabel, daughter of Sir Thomas Foxley of Foxley, Co. Berks, who purchased Foxley Manor from Sir Ralph Dayrell in 1314.
Their children:
- 1 JOHN, son and heir (see No. IV.). Evidently the brother-in-law of Richard Hartleigh
- 2 ISABEL, m. her cousin John Foxley, Jr., (see above) who d. in 1420, leaving one daughter, Alice. (perhaps not of this generation)
- 1. Wharton Dickinson, Genealogy of the Fowlers In England and America, page 6 - John of Shryvenham; m. ca. 1315 Isabel d/o of Sir Thomas Foxley of Focley, County Berks who purchased it from Sir Ralph Dayrell in 1314.
