Isabel married Sir John Rudhale,[2] of Rudhall (in Brampton Abbotts), Herefordshire, Knight of the Shire for Herefordshire in 1529, son and heir of William Rudhale (or Rudhall), Esq., and they had the following children:
- John, Esq. (1527 - 1558), m. Mary Fettiplace;[1]

- Isabel.[1]
John Rudhale died in 1530 and Isabel married second to Walter Horton, Esq. of Catton, Derbyshire before 6 Dec 1532 (date of inquisition).[1]
In the time between 1538-1544, Walter and Isabel, as "daughter and heir of Richard Whytyngton, esquire", sued her brother-in-law, Charles Rudhale, Gent. and Reynold Bysshop in Chancery over land in Staunton, Worcestershire that Rudhale/Bysshop had claimed as glebe.[1]
