About two weeks after the Pueblo Rebellion in 1680 she was at Socoro with her family and the colonists that survived the massacre in the southwestern part of the Kingdom. Her entire family survived, her father, mother and siblings. In 1681 she was living with her family at as new settlement created by the survivors of the Pueblo Revolt. Spanish survivors from Southwestern New Mexico and Indians from the Iselta Pueblo,they called the settlement Yselta del Paso, this is near present day El Paso, Texas.

Isabel married Jacinto Sanchez around 1688 in Guadalupe del Paso. Isabel and Jacinto and two small children returned to Santa Fe to help resettle and rebuild the Kingdom of New Mexico in 1693. in 1703 her husband Jacinto Sanchez de Inigo was granted the lands that prior to the Pueblo Revolt had belonged to his father in-law, Jose Tellez Giron, The land was located between the East side of Cochiti Pueblo and the Rio Grande. If you look at a satellite image today, you will see farms of large planted fields, watered by the Rio Grande.
