This Deponent saith she know JAMES KAY JUNR. who intermarried with one MARY PANNELL and had issue by her ffive children of whom James is the Eldest and only Son now living and this Deponent was in the Room when the said James the Son was born and Saith he inherited all the lands which his said ffather dyed possessed of within this colony that this deponent knows of and further this Deponent saith not.
