Biography

Jinkens Price was born in 1700 in Lawrenceville, Brunswick County, VA. His parents were Willam Price / Maxton Co Tuscorora and Margaret Jenkins. He was a Trader.

Jinkens married Isom Price, of Bear Mtn, Amherst Co, VR. Together they had the following children:
Ishaw (Price) Lott / Pounds; Daniel Price.

He was buried in Methodist - Episcopal Church, Horry County, SC.

Anita Wills "My Davis ancestors were in Somerset County Maryland and listed as Manokin(sic) Menokin who got removed to NJ following a Basse' Choice 45 Militia offensive of the Nansimum that turned on 3 allied Ocaneechi groups whose allies turned on them. Eastern Siouan contingent remaining from this battle were brought to a settlement in Sussex County Delaware and were listed as Mulatto. Anita Wills has the census they are listed on.
