Licence, for 10l. paid in the hanaper, for Robert Harecourt, knight, to enfeoff Robert Longley and Roger Bothe and their heirs of two parts of the manor of Staunton Harecourt, held of the king in chief, and for them to grant the premises to the said Robert Harecourt and Margaret, late the wife of William Athirton, knight, for life, with successive remainders to the heirs male of his body, to Richard Harecourt, his brother, and the heirs male of his body, to John Harecourt, his brother, and the heirs male of his body, to William Harecourt, his brother, and the heirs male of his body, to Richard Harecourt, uncle of the said Robert, and the heirs male of his body, and to the said Robert's right heirs.

• 1440 - pardoned for the murder of Thomas London of Litchfield.
• 1466 - he and his brother William were sued by John Delves for carrying off 400 of his sheep.
• 4th son. Married before 1458 to Margaret Bracy. 1 son, 6 daughters. Daughter Isabel is not listed on Tudor Place site, as below.

Anne Harcourt, wife of Richard Lane, was the daughter of John Harcourt, Esq. (living 1495), of Ranton, Ellenhall, Haughton, and , Staffordshire, and his wife, Margaret Bracy (died 1522), daughter of William Bracy, of Pembridge, Herefordshire, by Elizabeth, daughter and co-heiress of John Browne (living 1411), of Lichfield, Staffordshire. John Harcourt, Esq. (living 1495), was 4th son of Thomas Harcourt, John Harcourt, Esq. (living 1495), was 4th son of Thomas Harcourt, Knt. (died 1420), of Stanton Harcourt, co. Oxford, by his wife, Jane Fraunceys (living 1450).
