Will of Henry Fielding, gent., of King & Queen County, Virginia. Probate London 27 November 1712 to Francis Thompson, with reservation in respect of Gawin Corbin and John Story.

…. To his daughter Frances Fielding the residue of his estate in England and Virginia, unless she dies before 21 of single, in which case the residue is to be divided equally between testator's mother Madam Frances Fielding and John and Mary Howell, son and daughter of his late wife, with his cousin Francis Thompson as heir of the mother's share.
