Jordan de Sheppey

Although the Norwood online trees trace their genealogy back to Jordan de Sheppey, and then to Harold Godwinson as his father, basing this on a book, The Norwoods, by G. Marion Norwood Callum, that piece of the tree cannot be true. The chronology does not hold; court documents for Jordan's wife and children make it clear that he had to have been born long after Harold Godwinson was dead.
