[MdHR 1286 1-11-1-9], pp. 53-54. In the name of God Amen. That whereas I Joseph Isacke of Calvert County and province of Maryland, planter being very sick and weake of Body but in good sound perfect memory and sense Doe here make my Last will and Testament renouncing all other wills before these presents ~

ITEM I Give and bequeath my Soule unto almighty God who gave it me and my body to ye Earth from whence it was taken to be decently buried Trusting in and through ye merritts of Jesus Christ my Saviour to enjoy a Joyful resurection at ye Last Day And as for my small portion of Estate that it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I give and bequeath in form & manner as follows:

CA 1547, William is known from his mother's will where he is called Sir William Isacke; "Lincolnshire Notes & Queries" shows him as the clerk at Westborough, Lincolnshire in 1556 and as clerk ("clergy" may mean pastor) at Fleet by "a grant to him and others, for his turn, made by the lady Anne de Cleve, to the church of Fleet..." He was living in 1531 when he signed a will as an executor, but dead in 1547 when Agnes made out her will as a widow.

Joseph's will, entered for probate 1-23-1689, was made 12-19-1688. In addition to the Records shows an estate inventory for Richard Isack, "late of Baltimore", with a value of 28 Isaac, were have said to have been English army officers sent to the colonies with Scottish Clifford.
