Killed in Taos, New Mexico by Indians during the Pueblo Revolt of 1680.

Fray Francisco Munos was assigned to Nueva Mexico from 1660 to 1680. It has been determined that he had three children by Juana Lopez de Aragon. The three children had previously been reported by Fray Angelico and others to have been the children of Ana [Juana de Aragon] Lopez her sister. Juana de Aragon was married to Sebastian de Herrera Corrales

In 1680 her mother Ana Lopez de Aragon decided to visit Taos, with her daughter Juana Lopez de Aragon, her unnamed son and Juana's husband Sebastian de Herrera Corrales. On August 10th Sebastian was away from the house when the Indian attack began in Taos, killing Ana, her daughter Juana and her unnamed son.

Major Sebastian Herrera Corrales and Don Francisco Chaves escaped from Taos and reported the deaths of all the Spaniards in the jurisdiction - "something more than seventy persons"'
