Kim Lloyd Wippich

Kim passed very peacefully at 12:05 A.M. PDT. His ashes will be scattered at some point near False Klamath Cove in southern Del Norte County where we spent many happy hours. I'm grateful I got 25 good years with him! He had suffered for many years with a variety of health problems, all of which contributed to his inability to recover from his last surgery. He was everything most people want in a spouse, best friend, fellow conspirator, best hiking and camping buddy, and after he retired I got what I always wanted -- a "wife" who had dinner ready for me after a long day at school. He will be missed, but I am so grateful he's no longer in pain. -- Jessica Marie German
