About Leogardo Calumpang
Leogardo Calumpang was a landowner and sugar planter. He was gobernadorcillo of Tanjay, Negros Oriental, at least before 1876. His sons Martin Silva Calumpang and Agapito Silva Calumpang, and sons-in-law Jose Teves Muñoz and Bernardo Vea Barot were also gobernadorcillos and capitanes municipal of Tanjay.
