Mrs. Mittle Louise Thagard Seymour, 74, of 601 S. Lawrence St died Thursday in a local nursing home after being In declining health for some time. Mrs. Seymour was born and reared in Laurens Co. and was a lifelong resident of this area. She was a member of the Olivet Baptist Church for many years. Her husband was the late Walter B. Seymour, Sr of Dublin Mrs. Seymour's parents were the late W. J. Thagard and Ellen Lucas Thagard, pioneer citizens of Laurens Co. Funeral services will be held at 2 00 pjn. Saturday at the Olivet Baptist Church. Burial
will be in Northview Cemetery. The body will lie in state at the Townsend Chapel until 1:30 P.M. Saturday at which time it will be placed in state at the church until the funeral hour. The family will receive their friends at the Townsend Funeral Home Friday night from 7:00.
