According to the lamprecht family tree she was Cecelia Swerisse's mother, but in others both are listed as her mother. Lourenss Swerisse married jacoba Jacobs van Vliet on the 10th of November 1709 and Neeltjie on the 24h of May 1703. Both are long after her birth as I have found two different birth dates for Cecelia as well,1673 and 1674?
