John married Ann Williams, Yeopim. Together they had the following children: Nottoway Cheraw Leader, John Williams, IV; Stephen Willis Williams; Mary (Williams) Parker-Herring / Old Cheraw;

Disconnection Request 2/23/20 of Isaac, Ann Herring, and Arthur Williams belong not to this John Williams; Not known children of this John Williams; but instead his cousin by same name and different location: This John Williams was an Ancient Planter.
