Vogt von Kühbach 1156. He was installed as Pfalzgraf in 1180 after his brother had been created Duke of Bavaria[865]. The necrology of Thierhaupt records the death "XV Kal Sep" of "Otto de Witelspach palatinus 1200"[866], although the year appears inaccurate. The necrology of Undensdorf records the death "XV Kal Sep" of "Otto palatinus nr advocatus"[867]. The necrology of Weltenburg records the death "XV Kal Sep" of "Otto palatinus de Wittelinspach"[868].
