About Pte. Albert Wyatt
Albert Wyatt was the son of John Wyatt and Nora (nee Davin), of Greenhills, Southland. Private in OIR, file number 8/4245. Three sons, brothers enlisted in WW1: Thomas Wyatt (73816); Albert Wyatt (8/4245) who was killed on the Somme and James Wyatt (35338). Killed somewhere between Flers and Courcelette on the Somme.
