Charles Fisher was the son of the Rev. David Keay Fisher and Mary Helen Fisher (nee Smith), of The Manse Lumsden, Southland, Invercargill, New Zealand. Born at Sullom Manse, Northmavine, Shetland Islands. Killed in action, Somme. Remembered on the Grévillers New Zealand Memorial. Brother John William Fisher (WWI 3/398), New Zealand Medical Corps, died on 3 May 1916.
