Richarde my sonne the howse whiche I nowe dwell in w't all the londe & pastuore be longynge... londe somtymes called... John Asshwells except one called Bandall... also A closse called french brydge closse... & also rowses mede... and iiij acres of brodlande & ij beasts & a horse for them w'ch I had borrowed of hym & also my lease of burye yearde... sayed Rycharde my sonne both my cupbords in the hall A forme ij chayers [= chairs] & to buffet stoles & my maser [large drinking bowl of hard wood, often footed and silver mounted]...

Nycolas my sonne my mesuage at goose styll w't v Roods of lond belongyne to yt & a halfe yearde londe w't a messuage called Willimoth buttynge uppon Walton grene...

Henrye my sonne my howse at sene[?] end...

Alce my doughter x[pounds]... also a garnysshe of peuter of the pryce of iiijs iiijd & also my white face cowe th't latlye calved & a fether bede a materis a bolster a coverlett a payer of shets & ij pillowes w't the bers...

Alce my wife my howse called atkynsons w'ch castell now dwelleth in w't acers londe in the ocupienge of the sayed castell dwerynge the terme of hir lyffe...
