Elizabeth, married Sir Robert de Holland, from whom are descended the Holands, the earls of Kent and Hungtingdon, the dukes of Surrey and Exeter. Half of the Samlesbury estate went to the Holands. Cecily, the other daughter married Sir John d'Ewyas who died sometime before 1311, while she was still alive. By this marriage, Sir John acquired the other moiety of the Samlesbury estate. ~The Genealogy of the Southworths, pg. 407-408

John d'Ewyas succeeded to Samlesbury and his son Nicholas d'Ewyas whose daughter married Sir Gilbert Southworth, and carried the Samlesbury estate into that family. ~From the footnotes of The Coucher Book on Chartulary of Whalley-Abbey, Vol. I, pg. 121
