About Rt. Hon. Sir James Hobart
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Hobart
Says that 1st wife was the sister of Bishop John Lyhert, whereas Wikitree below includes sources pointing to the niece. The ages make more sense if a niece.

Rt. Hon. Sir James Hobart (d. 1517) was the son of Thomas Hobart. He m.(1) bef. 1470, Margery Lyhert, sister of John Lyhert and niece of Walter Lyhert, bishop of Norwich (2) Dorothy Glenham, da. of Sir John Glenham and (3) Margaret (Naunton) Dorward), daughter of Piers Naunton of Letheringham, widow of John Dorward.

Although he does provide some conflicting information in other places, usually when quoting the work of earlier writers, Blomefield is the most definitive in the Section on Plumstede Parva There he states that James was a younger son of "Thomas Hobart of Tye-Hall, (and) Eleanor his wife, daughter and heiress of John Tayler, alias Amfrey", born at Monks Illey, Suffolk. His first wife was the niece of Walter Lyhert Bishop of Norwich, who died about 1470. His second wife was Dorothy, daughter of Sir John Glenham of Suffolk, "by whom he had no issue living in the 14th of Edward IV". This would be 1474/5, but the basis for the assertion is not known. His third wife was Margery, "daughter of Peter Naunton, Esq. of Letheringham in Suffolk, relict of John Dorward, Esq.". Their sons were Sir Walter, the eldest, and Miles, and a daughter Catherine.
James and Margery (Lyhart) Hubbard were the parents of four children (notice the name/spelling change which was common during this period):
- Walter Hobart - born 1477 - died November 27, 1538, about 61 years old
- Miles Hobart - born 1479 - married Ellinor Blaverhasset - direct ancestor
- Elizabeth Hubbard - born 1481
- Catherine Hubbard - born 1483 - died before April 18, 1547, less than 64 years old
