George Pace, undoubtedly the orphan son of the above Richard Pace, was holding 1000 acres in Prince George (cut off from Charles City) in 1704. George married a daughter of Edward WOODLIEF, son of John WOODLIEF and his wife, a daughter of Colonel Robert WYNNE, Speaker of the House of Burgesses. Edward Woodlief in his will probated in P.G. February 1719, mentions his "daughter Pace."
